Drive to the nearest restroom or back to the clubhouse. Or bring a bed pan with you when you play.

If use a cart drive to the clubhouse or nearest porta potty on the course.
If walking RUN and have a friend carry the bag until you get back(You probably cant finish the hole.)

If you planned things wrong and this happens and you can use a bush there is always a bathroom near the 9th hole or back to the clubhouse whichever is closer.

You will most likely need to skip a hole to do this. The best thing is to go just before you start play and even if you don't feel the urge to mush to go at the 9th hole, then you will make it the entire round pee free.

Most courses have on course washrooms and are usually out about five holes on each nine. In any case you should never find yourself too far from relief. Excuse yourself and head for the washroom and catch up to your group on the next hole if need be. We've all been there.
