1. Invasion of Iraq was never about freedom or WMD. It was about giving Billions to Cheney's Haliburton to save it from bankruptcy. Remember it was Reagan who armed Saddam with chemical weapons and gunships to deploy them. Bush was no better as he gave Saddam $500 Billion in loans when he became president.
2. 9-11 was 100% avoidable. Bush was warned repeatedly for 8 months prior to the attacks. When told that al Qaeda planned to hijack planes, Bush went golfing and then went on the longest vacation ever by any president. FBI knew about these hijackers enrolled in flight schools and wouldve began monitoring them had Bush acted.
3. Clinton did not cause the 2001 Recession. It began April 2001, 3 months after Bush entered office. Until then the economy had grown a record 8 straight years.
4. Clinton did not create Osama bin Laden. Reagan did. He trained and armed bin Laden and his pals the Taliban to fight the Russians. He even invited them to the White House. Had Reagan not helped them al Qaeda would not exist.
5. Barney Frank did not cause the housing meltdown. He did not block any legislation from being passed. It was the Republican controlled House Means & Ways Committee that did. They defeated a bill that would have reined in the subprime lending which was introduced by a Democratic senator.
6. Bush was completely responsible for the housing fiasco. He passed into law the "American Dream Downpayment Initiative" which gave the poor necessary downpayment to buy homes they couldnt otherwise purchase. This law cost home owners $7 trillion in lost property value. Bush also allowed S.E.C. to deregulate banking which allowed them to take on mountains of subprime loans, which the SEC admits was a major mistake.
7. Bush manipulated gas prices by filling up the national reserve back in 2001. This single act cause the price of barrel of oil to rise from $30 a barrel to nearly $60. Gas prices were $1.50 a gal back then. It reached $5 under Bush in California.
8. Obama bowing is nothing compared to Bush kissing and holding hands with his master the Saudis.
9. Reagan was not a great president. He created al Qaeda, armed Saddam with chemical weapons, armed the paramilitary army in Central America that murdered millions of innocent civilians and quadripled the National Deficit. He also had 10% unemployment for several years.
10. Reagan did not free the US hostages in Iran. The deal to free the hostages was already made in secret by Carter's representatives week before Reagan came into office. But the Iranians wouldnt allow Carter to announce it because of his association with the overthrown Shah. So idiots that claim Reagan freed the hostages in 2 hours are bunch of parrot idiots.
11. Obama did not create the Great Recession of 2007. It began Dec 2007 under Bush and cost 4 Million jobs from Dec 2007-Dec 2008, a full year before Obama entered office.

What happened to all those movies stars that helped out the Haiti earthquake victims? What about helping their next door neighbors Mexico? Was there a catch for them to help out the Haiti victims?
Hello George Clowney and Brad "Bitter" Pitt and Angelina Jolie and all those other celebrities who helped out during that disaster why aren't you doing the same for your Mexican friends? Don't you all go to Mexico every year to get married? Or celebrate your honeymoons? You're always seen vacationing in Mexico and now you don't even do anything to help out the earthquake victims. What about Imperial Valley, California. It is part of the United States you know. When is the telethon going to be? How many millions are you going to raise to help the residents of Southern California? Come on! Just like you helped the people of Haiti...do the same for Mexico! And for Calexico and Brawley and El Centro. They were also affected by the earthquake.
And where is Plastic Governor Schwarzenegger? Is he building more plastic muscles to put on his ugly body? Or is he actually going to help out the earthquake victims? I haven't heard him say anything so far. What is he doing besides putting California more in debt?
and last but...uh nevermind. What about Obama? What is he doing? He hasn't said anything about the earthquake. Is he sending out help? Or is he playing golf for the 150th time this month? Did he suddenly forget that a lot of the votes he got during the election was from the Hispanic community? "Si se puede! Si se puede!" Yeah right! Now that they need your help Obama you kick them in the ____!
So who is helping them out? There was a lot of damage in Mexicali and Calexico. I don't see anybody helping them out except the Red Cross and Salvation Army. That is very sad.

My wife and I have never really had that lovey dovey type of relationship as far back to high school when we met. Or at least I don't remember it. I have cheated countless times and she has had affairs over the years that I never knew about until much later. If I had I would have left then as these were relationships not flings. Why were we together during all this? I have no idea. We went about 6 years faithful then she wanted to see other guys. I didn't want to but had no choice in the matter. That turned out to be a great summer for me when I accepted it and moved on. Then she did everything she could to get me back and for some reason I returned. Then a couple more years went by and she cheated again with some guy she worked with in a bar. I didn't know but they all treated me like a jerk when I came in. A couple years later I figured it out but it was too late by then to do anything about it. I still can't believe that she let these people treat me like this especially when I lived with her and was supposedly her friend. Being from a dysfunctional family I have been bred to protect and defend those close to me. I can't believe she doesn't care how others treat me. Over the years she has shown this type of disloyalty and never sticks up for me despite me disowning my family for not accepting her. I must admit that I have turned to other women for sex during the following years and feel slimy about it. I am not faultless by any means. She is a good person but lacks this protective nature. We finally got married after 18 years of being together. Sex is good even now but not great. She puts no effort, nor has she ever put effort into trying to be sexy or trying new things despite my many pleas to spice things up. I have begged her to show me that she cares about me but she just keeps going back to her complacent ways. I did try to leave after a year of engagement but she fought to stay. Not sure why. I think she loves the security and I have always thought that through the years. We now have a 5 year old son who we both adore. I never want to hurt him and am considering staying for him despite my desperate and lonely situation. I am also noticing that I am drinking more and more lately to numb myself which is scary as my father was an alcoholic. My wife has not worked in 6 years and barely worked for the 4 before that yet I never pressured her. Now she wants a new house and all the best things yet she refuses to take the initiative to get a career going.She has a B.S. Degree and I still pay for her college loans. I make a very good living and we live less than 5 blocks to one of the best beaches in Southern California, yes she is very spoiled. I just don't know what the hell to do anymore. I should say that at 30 she got diabetes which was hard on her and still is at times but she has totally let it steal her life and acts like a retired person. I know this is long and kind of all over the place but if anyone has any advise I would love to hear from someone. I am 40 years old but look 30 am in great shape. I try to encourage her to work out too but she starts then quits and resents me saying anything about it. She has a naturally thin and busty body, she is blessed in this way but now it's starting to sag so why not put a little effort in? She completes nothing that she starts. She is a great mom and I am not down playing that but I want a freaking wife back someday! Why does she get to quit being a wife? I ask her all the time to plan a date or a vacation or get a baby sitter which she never has. I take her and my son out every weekend for dinners, golf, movies, playing at the beach/park, whatever but no reciprocation. I get no energy or motivation from her and it is draining. Every time we have a long talk about this she starts crying in self pity and says how she wants to change but then we fall back into the same mode and nothing ever changes. My god I have to stop or I'll go all night. Any comments are greatly appreciated! Thanks for listening.

ok i'm 17 and there's this guy that i've been talking to for about a month
about a month ago we basically asked each other to prom.
so after we asked each other he asked me for my number, and we started to text and etc. first off he would ask me out in a cute and corny ways like i know your good at golf and driving and hitting balls, but how about mini golfing... we'd always text and talk in school. we hung out all lot outside of schools.
then prom came around, and we'd joke around saying that this is him "hatching" because he looks like an egg, and that he's kinda nerdy
at prom he was really cute and sweet then the next morning he was going on vacation to california
he would text me saying that he misses me and etc.
but when he came back he didn't even say hi to me, we barely talked, if i talked to him he only gave me one word response like "k," "yea" before he would ask me questions but now he seems really uninterested
i asked him to see a baseball game and he said he'd go, but before i asked him he's been trying to get me interested in this thing like judo and running ? but yeah he would be all cute and say he'd teach me and i finally gave in and he said he teach me whenever i want
when he came back i was trying to be cute and said "when's my lesson with the master :)" then he texted me back "when i learn it myself. i can't teach what i can't do!" then he starts being a jerk
and never talks to me, i always have to start conversations
(he called me his girlfriend before he left, but no one ever asked each other out, and we hung out but ...)
what should i do, should i talk to him or just forget about him?

My family is a family of 4. Mom and dad and son and daughter. Both me and my brother are young teens. My family are new to California, only being here 2 years. Where are the best places to go this summer for vacation? We're interested in just about anything fun... but specifically swimming and rides/rollercoasters. We only been to Disneyland, Universal Studios, and Golf N' Stuff. Can you give us a list of fun places to go swimming, go on rollercoasters, games + more that are included with hotels? Thank you. Please don't say the beach although it is beautiful there. We're looking for a more Ride Park place. Thanks in advance!

I've been watching their show for a while, and also keeping up with all the controversy surrounding the kids being filmed. While I love their openness and adore their kids, I find myself wondering if it's too much. If eventually everyone is going to regret this as the kids get older and realize that they will never have normal lives, even less normal than they would have being sextuplets, because they were child celebrities. Can you imagine being 15 and having someone pull up a picture of you on the internet standing next to your first poop on the potty? Shouldn't some of those things be private moments?
On the other hand, I find myself wondering if these children would have had any sort of life besides constantly being overcrowded with absent parents if they had not had this opportunity. Both Jon and Kate would have had to work, none of the kids would have been able to attend college without loans and working themselves, they would have never been able to go on trips and have experiences like they have, and they would have grown up as mini freaks to most people - instead of having a better understanding of their lives like we now do.
I know their parents make money off the fact that they have 2 sets of multiples, but I also see them use that for the kids. I don't see Kate driving a Porsche or Jon taking golf vacations to California. I know neither of them work outside of the home, but in all honesty, is that really bad? This show is filmed 2-3 days a week and the rest of the time they are together and being a part of the kids lives.
Thoughts? I'm torn on this constantly. I'd love to hear from you all, and lets keep the Kate bashing to a minimum please.

I know its hot as crap in the summer but have to go down for work. I know there is a water park there and golf. What other nice things are there to do in Palm Springs, Cali during the summer that doesnt involve a heat stroke? Can anyone recommend any nice romantic resturants? Staying at the Vacation Internatioanle Oasis Resort anyone stayed there before?
