GM Josh climbs into the ring: Ladies and Gentlemen you are watching the preview debut of N.R.W. No Rule Wrestling. Well tomorrow we will have the first full episode of N.R.W. But for now we decided we need a champion before it all begins. But we are not just going to give the championship to a person we are going to make them compete for it. And me and my supervisors decided that the people who should be in this match are Devon, Dominic(me), and Sam Rich.
Jordin climbs into ring: Ladies and Gentlemen, viewers of all ages this match is an elimination match for the N.R.W. championship. (waving flag by k'naan starts playing and Devon comes out riding a Harley Davidson bike holding a golf club). Introducing first from Lake Bronson, MInnesota... Devon! (Not afraid by eminem comes on and Dominic walks out wearing a beanie hat and a cross necklace). Introducing second form Norwich, Connecticut... Dominic! (25 to life by eminem comes on and Sam Rich comes out). And the final opponent from Lancaster, Minnesota... Sam Rich!
(jordin sit at the announcer table with josh)
Josh: Well before this match starts I think that Sam is going to win this what about you Jordin.
Jordin: Well Josh as your brother I say Devon will pull out he is oblessy the weaker man in this fight but he has the most will to win. But the one thing you have to watch out for is everones finisher. Devon's power-slam, Sam's Get Rich, and probably what they want to watch out most for is Dominic's super kick cause he can pull it out from anywhere.
(bell rings) (Sam runs at Dominic and Devon clothes lines both of them. And Dominc role out of the ring).
Josh: And theres a clothesline by Sam.. oh and what is Dominic doing he crawled out of the ring what the H*ll.
(As Sam and Devon battle the ring Dominic takes out a piece of plywood and throws it in the ring).
Jordin: Dominic just threw a piece of plywood in the ring oh my god.
(Dominic gets in the ring and Sam kicks him in the stomach and pulls his head back and pulls it forward to slam it on the plywood).
Josh Well this is exciting so far we already have weapons in the ring.
(Sam and Devon Battle it out for a couple of minutes. Devon hits the powepower-slam a near pin. And while Sam get up Dominic is right behind him).
Josh: I think I know whats Dominic is thinking. he's thinking super kick.
(Sam turns around and he ducks the super kick and turns it into the Get Rich).
Josh: The Get Rich! The Get Rich! Theres the cover 1...2...3... and Dominic is elimated.
(Sam ends up getigetting sumission hold on Dvon and Devon tapps out).
Jordin: Well there you have it Sam wins. Sam is the new N.R.W. champion.
Josh: I told you so. I told you so. Haha. See you tomorrow.

Hello, I purchased a King Cobra S9-1 F Speed Driver around last Christmas, and about 2 months ago the club head unexpectedly came off of the shaft, after swinging it at the driving range. I didn't do anything wrong with the club, this incident just unfortanately occured.
I called the Cobra company and they told me to bring the club to the retailer where I bought it (Dick's Sporting Goods), and that it would be dealt with from there. Now, 2 months later, a repaired club has been returned to Dick's, and I just picked it up earlier this evening. But the club is not the same as it had been when I purchased it. The same club head and grip are present, yet they have replaced the 55g Cobra shaft with a 65g stiff Fujikura shaft. This new shaft looks sort of cheap, and it is also heavier than the original one.
I am just worried that I may have been cheated on the club that I originally purchased, seeing how the damage was accidental, and the club was still covered under warranty. I also worry because I really liked my old driver, and I wonder that this heavier shaft may make a large impact on the way I hit the club.
So I guess my question is, "Is it standard for the company to give me a different shaft on the club, or do I deserve a replacement club that matches the original one I purchased?"
Thank you both for your well-explained answers regarding the situation. I now realize that I have gotten an actual better shaft than before, but the shaft does say stiff flex on it. Will this make a noticable difference, or will it be unnoticeable?

I am fairly new to golfing and I recently bought a cheap set of clubs. I took them out to the driving range to see how they worked. When I was finished using the driver and was putting the head cover back on the club when I noticed a large dent on the bottom of the club. How does something like that happen? Is it something that I might be doing wrong? Or is it because I bought a cheaper set of clubs? The Clubs are Affinity and I would appreciate any help.

I am getting back into golf. My set is not very good and I am looking to get a set of clubs for about $300. Dicks had the Slazenger 09 AMP set without bag, putter, and sand-wedge for 249 plus a 10% discount for being a floor model. I then bought a Maxfli bag for $60. They also have a new set of Adams golf Tight Lies that are the 08 version for $350, but I can get them elsewhere for $320. This includes bag, putter, wood covers and a sand-wedge. So about the same price for both. The Dicks employee told me the Slazengers will have better graphite, but the Adams will have better iron heads. Any other suggestions?

my roommate & I have been living together for 1 year & we do everything together. Most nights we watch movies & fall asleep on the couch together. We go to clubs, dinner, golfing, each others family gatherings, amusement parks, you name it, & then we go home together & cook together, it has been the most amazing year of my entire life. I didn't even realize until my roommate pointed out to me that I don't date as much as I used to, but neither does he. We made out two months ago & he quickly apologized & felt bad after-wards until I told him that it was no big deal.. Well I am head over heels in love with him, he's perfect, I've never met any man like him. the problem is that he's gay. yesterday I made the mistake of telling him that I wanted him to be with me, that i loved him and i wanted him to love me the way that i love him. And he replied by saying that he was sorry and that he didn't want to lose me. I know that I hurt his feelings because he left me a note on the refrigerator telling me that his mom needed his help and he was staying the night there for the night, but before he left he stood over me while I was trying to fall asleep on our couch... and he sat down against the wall for about 3 minutes, Im guessing that he was starring at me, im not sure because I had a cover over me. But please someone give me really good advice, can someone tell me that im crazy it'll never happen, you know things like that? please

Ime being lent a yes putter to see if i wanna buy it for 80 dollars. Its a tracy 2 yes putter. Somethings about it make me suspicious. First the face, as far as i have on the internet seen, has a white line after the grooves. Mines doesnt. The yes logo on the back of the putter is golf instead is golden yellow instead of white like images on google suggest. The last thing is that there should be, i believe a black serial number on the bottom of the club and mines doesnt have one. On the other hand it does have an orignal, grip, head cover, and sticker on the shaft. Also the club feels pretty good, so i dont really know

I am getting rid of my Apple G4 12" laptop. Used and about 4 years old. I would say about a 7.5 out of 10 and worth about $300.00.
I put it on Craigslist to trade for golf clubs and so far I have a few offers. Here are some so far and I would like your advice on which would be my best bang for my buck (well computer)...

i just purchased new golf clubs. i went to the driving range, and since it rained the night before, it was wet. im now worried that some of my clubs will rust because little drops of water were on my clubs. i wiped off the clubs with one of my head cover but im still a bit worried. i have a wilson tour rx set, which includes: 1 and 3 titanium composite Woods with graphite shafts, a #4 hybrid with steel shaft, a 5,6,7,8 and 9 stainless steel irons with steel shafts, a putter and sand/pitching wedge. the clubs did not get drenched by rain, it didn't even rain. the clubs would get wet when i would hit the ground or whatever, so they only had some small beads of water. do you think the clubs can get rusty from little water that i cleaned off with my head covers, can the clubs even get rusty? (considering the material they are made out of?) thanks for the answers

Okay over the past days my friend has been acting weird..Let's call her, Maria. A month and a half ago I told her I like this guy and she was ok with it. Until she actually met him. First she said he was cute and stuff and until one day we were sitting down and she told me she really liked. After playing with my emotions she said she was joking. Then after that all she ever told me was that she hates him. She stands in front of his house (when the window is open-and he is in the front room a lot) and shakes her head going like "What a loserrr." When we walk past him she says..what a loser. All the time. His mom always bothers him and it makes him pissed and she laughs and said he deserves it. (This kid lives on my street by the way-and she doesn't even know him). Today she said she wants to hit him with my golf club. I think its weird because when she told me that one day she liked him me and 2 other friends agreed she probably wasn't lying. Then, a couple days ago him and his friend were walking down the street and she was telling me she'll talk to him for me, because I was a little afrid too. After begging her not to she picks up my home phone and stands infront of his driveway yelling ""IM GONNA TELL HIM!" Over and over again. My other friend was with me and we kinda walked away and started talking. Then when he walked up to his house his friends looked at us for a while, Then at her screaming and kinda ran behind his car and inside. Does she really hate him, or is trying to cover up something?

Why is it that woods (including drivers and hybrids) are typically given a head cover, while irons are not? Putters seem to go either way (covered or uncovered) depending on the individual golfer, but the iron/wood division seems pretty much universal.
Can anyone shed some light on this please?
