Im in the Yahoo Fantasy Golf Pool, I have already chosen RIckie Fowler (Im not changing that), but who should I pick for my back up guy:
Brendon de Jonge- Zimbabwe- 6'0- 230 lbs Best Finishes: T3- Puerto Rico Open, T-9 The Honda Classic, T33 Bob Hope Classic.
Reason: The reason I picked him is because he is doing well in the past 2 weeks and he is a huge sleeper pick.
John Senden- Australia- 6'3- 193 lbs- Best Finishes: T11- WGC-CA Championship, T27 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, T39 Bob Hope Classic.
Reason: I feel like the CA Championship could be the "kick in the butt" he needed, and he has a lot of potential if you like at performances from last season (ex. Buick Open).

Ok, something is seriously screwy going on with my Yahoo Golf Fantasy Sports profile. I've been trying to change my nickname in the profile, I've changed it 3 times, but when I login or refresh the page I can get any of the 3 different names randomly. I've tried clearing my cache, deleting cookies, tried 3 different browsers and 4 different computers it doesn't matter its totally random, no name sticks, I can be any of the 3 I've tried changing it too.
I'm in 3 golf leagues and I can click on one league and my nickname is one thing, click on another and its something else then go back to the same league and its changed again, it bizarre. I have another Yahoo account and can change my profile nickname without any problem and the name doesnt revert back to the old one, :shrugs: I've never seen anything like this, I wonder if there could be a bug in my profile or something.
Anyone have this happen to them in their fantasy sports profile? Not there main overall Yahoo profile but the one associated with your team in fantasy sports...?

Yeah, I noticed that with the pictures as well, I had tried to change the image but it would never stick or change back to the old image randomly. Why some profiles work fine and some don't is a complete mystery. There must be some bug but yeah it is frustrating, I've been messing around with this thing for a couple of hours now and have a big headache...lol.

Ok, so I extremely want my own laptop. Its really hard sharing a computer with my mom who loves watching episodes of soap operas online, as well as looking at the news a lot, and my dad who is obsessed with looking at Roseville pottery on ebay and doing Fantasy golf on yahoo sports. They use our ONE laptop a lot and I get to use it when they're not using it. The laptop I want is a verrrrry good deal on ebay. It's an ibook g4 thingy. And its not like we're short on money or anything either. My brother got his own really nice brand new laptop for college, so why shouldn't I?
lol so how could i convince them to get me one? i've been saving up a lot of money and I have like $80 so far. (btw its like $130)

I wouldn't use myspace or anything like that or other websites that would get a virus on the computer.

(Updated: Specht, think outside of the box. You don't have to apply Fantasy Football structure to Fantasy MMA. There are aLOT of other fantasy MMA sites out there,including the UFC site itself. I find that the best example of fantasy MMA can be found at MMAplayground.com. I'd love it if Yahoo modeled their future fantasy MMA after them.)
